Player(s) to watch:
- Strahinja Pavlovic stands out with imposing physicality, intensity and front-footed nature in all aspects of his game. He loves getting tight to his man and exploiting his bulky, well-built frame to swarm them upon receiving and giving them no time on the ball. He’s also exceptional in the air, able to win long balls from opponents on the halfway line, clear away crosses into the box from a deep-block or pose a threat from attacking set pieces. On the ball, he is decent but still can improve a bit. Despite criticism from the fans this season, he has done quite well whenever he has played. This season, he has played 32 games, in which he scored two goals and provided one assist.
- Riccardo Orsolini has an exquisite talent, and he possesses the ability to score some spectacular goals. Just like Arjen Robben, he likes to cut in from the right to get into scoring positions, and he also likes to perform a few stepovers. The only problem which the Italian has is consistency. Orsolini is not able to perform well consistently, and it becomes a bit frustrating for the coaching staff as well. Despite this issue, the fans back him up and give him confidence. He is someone who, on his day, can win the match for his team quite easily. He has played 37 games this season, in which he scored 15 goals and provided three assists.
