- Mikkel Damsgaard is a versatile attacking player capable of playing at multiple attacking positions. When he has time and space, his decision-making often impresses and helps his team in difficult situations. He is particularly effective when receiving on his right foot. His close control with the ball is excellent and with his vision, he can find pockets of space to exploit.
- Gabriel Jesus has many traits that Arteta loves. The Brazilian is also perfectly comfortable dropping deeper into the midfield as an extra option when necessary. His link-up play is excellent knowing when to lay it off the first time. Even though he is not physically very tall with his core strength he can shrug off challenges and make things difficult for the defenders.
