Yamal retains his Kopa Trophy title, which is presented each year to the best U21 player. This award, voted on by former Ballon d'Or winners, was handed to the young Barcelona striker during the 69th ceremony held in the French capital.
He finished ahead of Désiré Doué (PSG), Ayyoub Bouaddi (Lille), João Neves (PSG), and Estevao (Palmeiras/Chelsea), who were also finalists.
The Catalan star wrapped up the 2024-2025 season with 18 goals and 25 assists in 55 matches across all competitions.
He played a vital role in Barcelona’s treble-winning campaign, securing La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Super Cup.
