Arsenal midfielder Ethan Nwaneri has completed a season-long loan to Borussia Dortmund, while Manchester City have officially signed Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye as the Premier League transfer window closes at 23:00 BST on Tuesday

Nwaneri, 19, joined the Bundesliga club on a straight loan with no option to buy. Dortmund will cover his wages in full.

The England Under-21 international spent the second half of last season on loan at Marseille. Arsenal and the player agreed another temporary move would give him regular first-team football. Dortmund moved quickly after new signing Giannis Konstantelias suffered an ACL injury.

Also, Manchester City confirmed the arrival of Ndiaye with an official post on Tuesday evening: “Welcome to City, Iliman.” The Senegal international has completed his move from Everton in a deal worth £60 million plus up to £5 million in add-ons.

Personal terms were agreed and his medical was passed earlier in the day. City had turned to Ndiaye after their attempt to sign Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo was rejected. Tottenham had earlier been in advanced talks for the player.

Aston Villa signing Paris Saint-Germain winger Ibrahim Mbaye for £47 million and

Southampton defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis for around £29-30 million.

Newcastle United completing the £51 million signing of Lille forward Matias Fernandez-Pardo.

Arsenal confirming the departures of Gabriel Jesus to Barcelona (around £8.6 million) and Fabio Vieira to Hamburg (around £7.7 million), in addition to Nwaneri’s loan.

Crystal Palace taking Honest Ahanor on loan from Atalanta.

Nick Woltemade has joined Juventus on a season-long loan from Newcastle United, with the Italian club paying a reported £3.5 million fee and no option to make the deal permanent.

Pape Matar Sarr has moved from Tottenham Hotspur to Juventus on a season-long loan that includes an obligation to buy for approximately £23.6 million if certain performance and qualification conditions are met.

Several other loans and permanent moves across the Premier League and EFL.

The Premier League and EFL window closes at 23:00 BST.

Clubs can still finalise deals after that time if a deal sheet is submitted before the deadline.
