Inter Miami forward, Leo Messi, made a secret visit to the newly renamed Spotify Camp Nou on Sunday night, revisiting the stadium where he spent the most celebrated years of his career

According to a video posted on Fabrizio Romano’s X post on Monday, the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner, in an emotional message shared afterwards, said: “Last night I returned to a place that I miss with my soul. A place where I was immensely happy.”

The six-time Ballon d’Or winner added, “I hope one day I can come back, and not just to say goodbye as a player, as I could never do.”

Messi’s visit comes amid growing nostalgia among fans for the era when he led FC Barcelona to numerous domestic and European triumphs.

The forward left the club in 2021 after more than 20 years, leaving behind a legacy of records, trophies, and unforgettable moments.
